Can you ping dub01.online.tableau.com from your AWS instance? Are you sure the outbound communication isn't being blocked by your firewall?
Thanks for getting back, Was able to ping the tableau online from the AWS instance and also accessing the tableau online through browser. We have set our outbound and inbound rule to allow communication to Tableau online.
I'm not sure the bridge client communicates over Port 80 though. You'd need
to trace the communication in an app like Fiddlr.
