I am looking or guidance on something that seems simple but I can’t seem to implement. I’ve created a dashboard for Different job types in the organization to quickly view a total of all clients I have a column for Manager Client Count and a subtotal for Director’s Client Count, but I also want to show a totals for CN and Na. My problem is I have many records and I'm wondering what is the best way to implement this?
I have an organizational hierarchy that goes like this:
CN (works under multiple managers)
NA (works under multiple managers)
Each job role has a Total client Count that is calculated this way:
Director’s total clients= Combined total of all manager’s roster working under them
Manager’s total clients= All Clients assigned to them
CN total clients= Combined total of all manager’s roster that they report to
NA total clients= Combined total of all manager’s roster that they report to
Any input on how to go about representing this would be very helpful. The team structures change frequently. Please let me know if more information is needed.
