I'm calling from Tableau Desktop a stored procedure. But the query lasts very long(data of minute interval for one week, so we are talking about thousands of rows). I'm using extracts so the workbook edit is more efficient. But when I'm refreshing the extracts it takes about 20 minutes to fully refresh the extract. I also tried an incremental refresh based on date parameter but also lasts 20 minutes.
For your information the stored procedure is slow, it takes about 3 min to call the data of one day(1440 rows).
Is there a way to optimize the refresh extract? Am I doing something wrong?
Sorry for my English.
