We use Tableau Online because we have to connect to a PostreSQL database in order to acces to data. It is not possible in Tableau Public, isn't it?
Unfortunately you are correct.
You could reach out to Tableau Support about this, but I don't believe
there's a guest account for Tableau Online which means you wouldn't be able
to do it.

We've been looking for on Tableau Support and we've seen that the best choice could be use Tableau Server instead of Tableau Online because Tableau Server allows Guest user and PostgreSQL connection.
Do you know if we can migrate to Tableau Server using only 2 users (Admin user and Guest user)?
You can setup a Tableau Server instance using as many (or as little) users as you want.
The shift to Tableau Server from online for 1 or 2 users is going to be expensive, like 10 to 20 times your current costs.
Depending on how complicated your viz is, you might want to consider a different tool if it's going to be cost prohibitive. Something built for displaying charts in a webpage like Highcharts perhaps. Just a thought.
