You can achieve what you need in 2 ways: Hierarchy or through Filter Actions on Worksheets.
I will show how you can create a hierarchy and use since it will be easy for you to do it.
1. Create Hierarchy by selecting the dimensions and right clicking on them. You can give an appropriate name for it.
2. The created hierarchy can seen below:
3. You can now use it as a normal dimension and place in your chart or table.
Hope this helps.

I want to know how a drill down report in a Dashboard is different than the one in a sheet?

Drilling down in a sheet is only possible through a hierarchy. However, sometimes, we may not want to use a hierarchy, or cannot create a hierarchy because the data maybe in multiple data sources.
Let's assume you have data about Universities from a data source in 1 worksheet, and now you want to drill down to view who the professors are in the University which is available in a different worksheet using a data source, you can use action filters to view the required data. This is under the assumption that you have a dimension, e.g. ID or Name, which are used to relate the data sources.
The above is just a simple example, but hope you got it.
Thanks a lot Hari. Will try to work this example out.
