    A solution for hiding data that is identifiable

      Thought this might be helpful to this forum as its a fairly common Government issue.

       

      We were grappling with an issue where we had 3 columns of data representing 3 separate demographics. The data would become identifiable if the total of either of the 3 columns totaled 100%.

       

      The solution has the added complexity of using the color mark that has been used, and then using this to calculate the equation.

      Low16.7
      Medium16.716.7
      Serious83.366.7100.0

       

      Looking at the data scenario above, the % third measure is 100%, so we wish to null out columns A, B and C like this:
