# Default count for group if no count

Hi,

I am using excel file that contains Tower, Team, Status, I have 4 status R, G, A, T on the data.

below is source data

 Tower Team Status Tower1 team1 G Tower2 team1 G Tower3 team1 G Tower4 team1 A Tower5 team1 G Tower6 team1 G Tower7 team1 T Tower8 team1 G Tower9 team1 G Tower2 team2 R Tower3 team2 G Tower4 team2 R Tower5 team2 A Tower6 team2 G Tower7 team2 R Tower8 team2 A Tower9 team2 G Tower10 team2 T

Tower has multiple teams, i want to have the count based on 4 status on team level. Some of the teams do not have one of the 4 status. I want the default value as 0(zero) if no value. currently it has 3 groups and deos not show 4 value.

following is the data

actually it should be Team wise

request you to update me on the same

let me know if you need any other information.

Thanks & Regards

Hi, Girdhari

You can display R in your view by following below steps

But I don't think there is a way to display the circle as well as number as you expected.

If you need zero to appear, then use this calculated field ZN(LOOKUP(COUNT([Status]),0)).

Use custom shapes to display the circle, you just have to add the G, A, T, R .png's to your custom shapes folder.

Here it is using default shapes:

Hi Thomas Rones,

if we put the filter in the team then it doesn't work,

but if remove filter on team then it works

Thanks & Regards
