try specifying a location for where you want to save using the -f tag. https://onlinehelp.tableau.com/current/server/en-us/tabcmd_cmd.htm#id7cb8d032-a4ff-43da-9990-15bdfe64bcd0
Maybe this will help?

I ran into this problem, and it was related to using an existing session for multiple, parallel export requests. I suspect that the report exports (in my case) were stored by session and when exported were deleted. If you see the message:
===== Continuing previous session
Then you're re-using a session. Do a "tabcmd logout" and supply the username and password parameters (with or without a password file) along with the "--no-cookie" parameter. Tabcmd will create a new session each time and you shouldn't see a 410 Gone message. You'll know if you're doing it right if you see the message:
===== Creating new session
Hope this helps
Tableau Server Command Line Utility -- 10500.18.0404.1406
I ran into same issue.
I agree to David's response above.
It was because one workbook is exported in multiple tabcmd sessions. To resolve - Either run in serial or convert it to parallel by having different versions of the same workbook.
