In some cases( well, in most of the cases), the max value of the bin may not be equal to the max value of the measure.
See the below example.. List of 20 orders with their price values ranging from $95 to $1.
To create the bins of same size, it is determined that each bin should be of size 11.15.
Hence, starting from the 0, it takes multiples of 11.15 till it reaches the maximum value. And the bin column represents the starting value of each bin.
But it actually means..
Hope this helps you understand why the last bin is less than the max(measure value).
