With the information provided it's hard to understand what you want specifically. You would have 2 filters (or 1 parameter, 1 filter maybe), where the content of filter 2 depend on the selection in Boolean filter 1.
This might work:
Filter2: IF [Filter1] = 'Yes' THEN [BooleanField1] ELSE [BooleanField2] END
Booleans don't like being nested in certain conditional statements, but it really depends on the scenario. Any chance you could attach a workbook or mock something up with Superstore data?
