      Hi.

      Please find the story in the attachment.

       

      I WANT TO GET THESE PERCENTAGES ON TOP OF THE BARS IN SHEET 2, THE BARS ARE DISPLAYING 100%. INSTEAD, FOR JANUARY 2012 BAR 8.971%, JANUARY 2013 BAR 6.943% SHOULD BE DISPLAYED.

            hi Karthik,

             

            So the reason they are different, is because the Sheet 2 version has all months in view, but the Sheet 1 only has 1 month...so the %age calculation is based of different period of time.

             

            One way to resolve this is to bring the Select Month, out the filter, and into the Viz...we then need to change the Table Calc set up to account for this new dimension.

             

            We can then hide the "False" ones. By hiding Tableau still has access to the underlying data, but just displays the month we want (in the attached I've not hidden this so you can see what's going on).
