Please try removing the hierarchy for Category and Sub-Category.

Thanks for the help, but when I am changing the rank calculation from table down level to sub category level then it is causing the same issue. Kindly help so that I can get the desired result. I have attached the workbook for your reference.

Hello Abhishek,
To sort desc by SUM(Sales) under [Sub-Category], I suggest do the table calculation as follows.
It seems that when only [Sub-Category] is checked, the computing result of [Rank] for Total row is 1, thus Total is combined to the first row of the [Sub-Category] which has the largest sales.
