AFAIK, this is only available at the server level. But you could go submit an idea. Ideas

Yes, agreed with Jeff, only at server level currently, but that could be a good idea. Please do submit!

4. Re: Restrict Site by IP Address?
Marcel Słabosz Feb 5, 2018 2:46 AM (in response to Sara Lemme)Hi,
I already voted for idea linked above, but I don't think so, that it will be realized quickly.
If I understand correctly, I have the same problem as Sara.
My Tableau Server is hosted on private server (On-Premises model). Server itself is unavailable in public network.
Our reports was divided by business domain into sites.
We plan to use proxy to provide access to Tableau from public network, but not for all sites.
I read a few topics, ex.:
- https://community.tableau.com/thread/241001
I have idea for workaround.
Our proxy can perform some operations on http requests. Anybody know if in requests are some specific attributes like cookies or request parameters that identify which site is used? We also have access to user IP, so we can passthrought only request to allowed sites.
Thanke you in advance for your help.
