On the screenprint that you supplied, I believe the licenses tab will show you the allocation of server keys. In order to find your Tableau Desktop keys, you should go to the Tableau customer support portal.

Just curious, can I ask what your intended role as Tableau Server Admin is?
For example, if your intent is to publish data sources and assist users with workbook errors, you definitely need a Tableau Desktop license to do this. (see Jeff Strauss's reply above on how to see that)
If your intent is just content monitoring, KTLO (keep the lights on), etc. you may not need a Desktop license.

Diving into workbook errors often requires a look into the dataset and the Desktop License comes in very handy when users are embedding a lot of data sources into their workbooks.
