Color Bars by Measure with Highest Value (Separate Axes)

      Hi,

I have two bar charts on separate axes (the one on the left is simply reversed). Each contains a different Measure: one with a percentage value for "Introverted" for that year and the other with a percentage value for "Extroverted" for that year. What I want is to be able to color these marks, not by Measure or year, but by the Measure with the highest value for the same year (demonstrated in the image below with red borders around the bars with the highest value).

So obviously, as they are on separate axes, I will need to create a relationships between the two for each year, and I'm not too sure how to do that. Any ideas?
