See my attached workbook for complete details. First, you'll want to create cal3:
Note: if you don't aggregate the Measures in this field, you get different results. [Col2] / [Col1] is very different from SUM([Col2]) / SUM([Col1])
Next, add Grand Totals - Analysis-->Totals-->Show Column Grand Totals
Lastly, change the formatting for cal3 to percentage and you get your desired result.
