    Tulu Sahoo

      Hi Team,

I have one sheet with 3 measures, I want to calculate the grand total for all but for 1st two measures it should be sum and for 3rd one it should be 2nd/1st in percentage.

                col1     col2     cal3

                   2          5      250%

                   5          4      80%

                   6          2      33%

      GT        13        11    8.4%

      Kindly help me?

            Hi Tulu,

See my attached workbook for complete details. First, you'll want to create cal3:

Note: if you don't aggregate the Measures in this field, you get different results. [Col2] / [Col1] is very different from SUM([Col2]) / SUM([Col1])

Next, add Grand Totals - Analysis-->Totals-->Show Column Grand Totals

Lastly, change the formatting for cal3 to percentage and you get your desired result.
