Tableau Dashboard Automation Offline

Hi,

I'm using Tableau 10.1 to create a dashboard for a report. The basic idea is to use a filter, and for each value of the filter, I want a PDF to be generated.

Is there some way to automate this PDF generation based on filter values?

PS: I am NOT using any server to publish the dashboard online, and hence am looking for ways to automate offline.

Hi Anurahda,

You can use AutoIt software for generating PDf in Tableau desktop. You can write your own script to pass the parameter as filters. Please check this thread and response Dafang Wu
