Just an thought ,You can use action filters instead of those many filters. you can Keep the filter action and quick filter in sync. check it out:Syncing a Quick Filter with a Dashboard Filter Action | Tableau Software

I have only one grid view with 15 filters so how I can use action filters instead of these 15 filters. Also we should ensure that performance will grow.
Please give me the process..

If you use 15 quick filters definitely your performance wont be that good. I have that situation where i have changed the representation of view. The first screenshot
where i have a lot of performance issues . The reason is multiple quick filters.
After that redesigned the the view by using action filters and changing the view we don't have any issues with performance.
