    cannot save my work on tableau public

      I am a beginner. I try ti save my work but the message is " cannot connect to tableau public. please make sure you are connected to the internet. if you continue to receive this message, the server may be temporarily unavailable. please try again later"

      I try to many ways

      1. I update internet explorer to the latest version

      2. I change the security mode in internet explorer from medium-high to medium

      3. i uncheck "check for server certificate revocation" in setting of "internet option"

      I do all this but i still cannot save my work

      I hope someone can help me figuring out.
