Working as part of the Finance team and reporting to the Director, Development Operations, the Database Administrator/Analyst will manage all aspects of the Luminate Customer Relationship Management (LCRM) platform. In addition, this position generates analytical reports supporting the Development Team using the LCRM reporting function, Tableau, Advizor, and SQL. This team member will serve as an institutional expert on the software platform and as an information resource for staff, providing training for new and existing users, and working with our vendor’s support team to resolve any system issues. By supporting and ensuring the optimal use of the Foundation’s most valuable asset, the donor database, the Administrator serves as a key part of the Foundation’s fundraising success.
