I am a customer of Tableau. When we bought the licenses we registered for the customer portal under the login of Ex-manager, however he left the organization. We would like to change this name and ownership of the login ID to a different Manager now. Kindly suggest the process for the same
I would suggest you either contact your account manager with Tableau in the first instance, or alternatively raise a ticket with the Tableau Support team via Support Case | Tableau Software , selecting Customer Portal as the related area to get this sorted for you.
