    Destination Origin Map Conundrum

    Joseph Hobbs

      Hello wonderful community,

Here's my dilemma (also I'm using Tableau 10):

I've made a map a la the Tableau instructions here. I now have a dual-axis map showing travel between an origin and a destination.

      Map.png

What I need to do now is show the direction of travel. That is, visually show which point is the destination and which point in the origin. And I need to do this without color coding the dots themselves (as I'm using color to show another metric). The basic map setup is like so:

      Origin/DestinationTerminal IDLane ID
      Origin7051
      Destination7051
      Origin4022
      Destination5082
      Origin4023
      Destination6213
      Origin4024
      Destination2434

And then I tie Terminal ID to another file which pulls in Latitude and Longitude.

      Thoughts?
