Hi there,
I'm wondering if there is a way to detect when the user has selected the "All" option in a filter?
I have some filters that have tens or hundreds of possible values, and if the user interacts with this filter but then reverts to "All", then I get a huge list of applied values in the event handler but no way to know that they have selected "All". This is unwieldy, but even worse if list of values are dynamic and new values are added after then they won't be included when reusing the filter definition that I have persisted.
Thanks,
John M
Hey John,
I'm not sure of a way to do this but it's a question we see somewhat often:
Re: Capturing Dashboard Usability Data
Taking a step back, is there a way to break up the dashboard so the all button doesn't exist or isn't as problematic when used? Perhaps looking at subsets of the data?
