Are there any site administrators that can see the filters?
Maybe there's something going on with data-side permissions?

adam.jankura Jan 17, 2017 6:38 AM (in response to Matthew Risley)hi Matthew, I just checked with a colleague and he was able to see the filters under each site role that allows it. Not sure what happens with others though.

Tharashasank Davuluru Jan 17, 2017 7:02 AM (in response to adam.jankura)1 of 1 people found this helpfulHi,
Are these users licensed (at both the Server level and for the viz itself) as Interactors? Viewers don't get filters. If you added a user but didn't license them as an Interactor, then they won't get the functionality, regardless of what permissions say to do.

Jayesh Patel Jan 17, 2017 7:40 AM (in response to adam.jankura)Make sure the user is added as a Site role Interactor. We are using with AD auth and when we add/import groups of users minimum site role for any client is "Interactor" to allow filter with default Viewer permission on workbook.
