I'm working with traffic domain ,Can we create gauge charts in tableau?  It should be dynamic kind not a static.

I saw one sample workbook of gauge chart in tableau public but its kind of static based on the parameter values gauge chart is moving, Is the any way to make a custom Gauge charts, Please comment your suggestion and send me the links also.
