When accessing a published dashboard, only one end user is getting this error when trying to open any of the views in the workbook. When I any or of the handful of people I have asked try to open the link, it works for all of us. We are currently using version 9.3.3. I have tried clearing the cache, trying different web browsers, and making sure they were going to the landing page not an old saved view. Any ideas are greatly appreciated.
If it only happens with a single user, I suspect something related to permissions. What is the database connection type? Does the user have permissions to all of the resources used by the dashboard? For example, if the dashboard references an image file stored in a network file share, does the user have permission to that file share?
