    No email from tableau 10 server after scheduled extract failed

      Hi,

       

      I have recently upgraded from tableau 9.3 to tableau 10. Just to check the Tableau 10 feature of email after extract failure, i deliberately failed one scheduled extract. However, I received no email for extract refresh failure. I have checked the settings as well and I am subscribed to receive the email.

       

      Could someone pls tell if I am missing any configuration.
