You should use cascading filter. Cascading (or hierarchical) filters are ones where the selection on the first filter causes the second to be limited to only those values that are now relevant. Hima has already suggested the same.
All Values in Database – this will fill the quick filter list with all values for that field within the datasource.
Only Relevant Values is a little more subtle. This means the quick filter list will show all the values that are left after applying the other filters, if those filters are on the same or a higher level in the hierarchy.

I have used Relevant data only still i am seeing all values in filter 2 after selection from filter 1.

I have used this option of "Relevant data only" in both the filters . still values in filter 2 is not comming as per filter 1 selection
