If you haven't created a case with Tableau Support yet I would strongly recommend you do so.

Yes, I did created a case on this issue with the Tableau Support and provided all the information (Server event log & Tableau Log). Currently the proposed solutions on this issue are the 2 URLs which I stated in my previous chat box which nevertheless does not able to resolve the issue. In the end, I still encounter the extract refresh failed with the same error message.
I'm hoping if anyone in the community able to share any information which might related to this issue. Appreciate for your replied again Tom.
If the solution provided by Tableau Support did not fix the problem, then you need to push back on them for more help.
