We can make group G1 as a,b,c but for G2 could not get all the products. Kindly go through the screenshot.

Chris Dickson Dec 6, 2016 5:17 AM (in response to Suhel Shaikh)a grouping in Tableau is a natural hierarchy, as such you cannot have a one to many relationship between the granular level and the one above.
To achieve what you want you will need to create two grouped dimensions.
It may be easier to help you with a solution to why you want to create these groups rather than the mechanism for creating groups?
