Splitting fields with comma separated values

I have a data set that contains a column that contains a bunch of string values separated by commas (source is MS excel).  As you can notice, each product is addressing one or more error messages. I am trying to figure out an easy way to access this error message  data in Tableau as individual strings without modifying the source column if possible.

Can anyone think of a way to do this?  Here's an example of the data I'm looking at.

                Product           error message

P1                   no Phone number; Wrong address; Send e-mail; NO Mailing Address; serial number missmatch

P 2                 Wrong address; Send e-mail,  ID Card, ID Group

P3                 NO Mailing Address; No phone number

p4                 Wrong address; Send e-mail; NO Mailing Address; serial number mismatch

I want to find the % percentage error messages for no mailing address,  Percentage of  error messages serial number mismatch. Please help me in getting this requirement.
