Is it possible to create a month over month view for a status that changes?
My customer wants to see a monthly running average for how many incident tickets were sent to the vendor. When a ticket is sent to the vendor, the status is changed to "Awaiting Vendor." Then, it comes back to us, and is simply moved to "Resolved" status. So.. how? How on earth do I get a moving calculation for a changing attribute?
Would you be able to post some sample data how it is structure when it is labeled as Awaiting and Resolved. Depending on it is structure different approach can be applied. Otherwise, it is difficult to throw a stone in the dark. Thanks
