How to summarise non numerical results

    Gabriel de Leon

      Hi community,

I've got a data set like the below (table 1) and need to present an overall result for the dimension 'foo' and 'bar' based on a calculation for 'result'.

For example if >50% of sub dimensions for 'foo' are red, then mark the overall result for 'foo' as red.

      Or another example

if >50% of sub dimension are red or amber, then mark the overall results for 'bar' as red.

There will be a few logic rules to apply, but I'm having trouble actually putting this into a calculated field, any ideas?

The final output would summarise the below table (table 1) into the example for 'Table 2'

      Table 1

      dimension
      sub dimension
      result
      fooabcred
      foodefred
      fooghigreen
      barjklgreen
      barmnogreen
      barpqrgreen
      barstugreen
      barvwxamber
      baryzred

      Table 2

      dimension
      result
      foored
      bargreen
