- When getting the error message, click "Show Details" and tell us the detailed contents of the error message?
- Share a sample file of the data you are trying to connect to, where this error occurs.

It didn't work even after opening tableau as administrator. I was able to import csv files into table with 9.2 version.
So,I don't think this is a permission related issue.
I am also experiencing the same problem. I have Windows 7 Professional, Tableau Public 10.1 and Microsoft Office 365. I have open Tableau as Administrator (this did not work). I have also downloaded and installed Microsoft Access Runtime 2013 as recommended in another post. No luck with anything I have tried.
I would really appreciate some resolution on this issue.
to add to this right now Tableau is completely unusable for me and I will leave fighting with it until there is a resolution.
