# Create hourly time interval

Hello All,

I am seeking help to create hourly time interval like 6-7, 7-8, 8-9 and so on. Please advise. I would appreciate your help. Worksheet attached herewith.Thanks

You were really close. Just wrap a string function around the time field:

Hello Shawn, thank you for the reply. Now the calculation is valid but it behaves very weirdly when there is single digit time. It is categorizing 6:10 AM - 6:19 AM into 61-62 . See screenshot below:

Hi Gurpreet,

It looks like your time format for 'Time' column is inconsistent. The formula will work when your time is consistent in "HH:MM" format across all rows. Try making it consistent and see if it works.
