I have a crazy question for you: I've seen you use "ka" a few times on other threads. Can you explain what it means? I've never seen "ka" before.
To answer your question: It means that Tableau Server is having problems connecting to PostgreSQL to render the admin reports. Are you by any chance running an OEM version of Tableau Server? That's the only time I've ever heard of this. Michael Kovner might have more ideas, too.

Ka use ending for sentense of lady. "KA" is polite language for lady.
If PostgreSQL wasn't running, you wouldn't be able to use Tableau Server at all. The fact that the Server is running tells us that you also have the ODBC drivers installed because Tableau connects to Postgres via the ODBC driver.
Earlier, I asked if you are using an OEM version of Tableau Server. Was this Tableau Server something that was purchased directly, or did you get it as part of another software vendor's solution? (That is OEM).
