Downloading to PDF or Excel and then using a screen reader are your best options. Tableau has a fairly comprehensive roadmap for accessibility rolling our in 2017.
Hi Tableau, if it is possible to receive more information on the Accessibility / Section 508 compliance roadmap, specifically for braille and text to speech readers, that would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know who I can reach out to on this. We are a partner and have a client who it is a roadblock for. Thank you
I'm also very interested in learning more about the 2017 accessibility roadmap. Any information that you can share is greatly appreciated.

Accessibility and helping everyone see and understand their data is definitely a focus of ours in 2017. With the release of 10.2 (currently in beta) our customers will have the ability to publish and interact with vizzes that are WCAG 2.0 AA and section 508 compliant! This will be another step in our journey of accessibility and by no means the end but it's obviously going to be very meaningful to a lot of individuals and organizations out there.
If you'd like to join the beta you can contact your account manager for details. As well here is the launch page, Coming Soon. When 10.2 is released from beta we will have more documentation on this enhancement.
