Find my approach as reference below and stored in workbook version 9.3
a. last X month: DATEDIFF('month',[Month],[Current Month])
b. Bring it to the filter shelf and set filter
c. Sort Month descending

Thanks a lot Nobert Maijoor,
But Here I have little addition to that, I would like to use that above filed as a filter.
Now, what I want is, I have to add one parameter which has 2 value.
1) "this year data"
2) "last 10 months data".
If user select 1-10-2016 from the above filter value and parameter is "this year data" then it will give 2016 year data
If user select 1-10-2016 from the above filter value and parameter is "last 10 months" data then it will give last 10 month data from selected filter value(1-10-2016).
Thanks In Advance
Find my approach as reference below and stored in attached workbook version 9.3
I defined 2 calculated fields
a. Last 10 Month: if DATEDIFF('month',[Month],[Current Month])<=9 and DATEDIFF('month',[Month],[Current Month])>=0 then [Month] END
b. Current Year: if [Month]>=[min month ] and [Month]<=[max month] then [Month] END
c. Defined for each calculated field a sheet
d. and defined a sheetselector based on a parameter: Select Current Year / Last 10 Month

Hello Nobert Maijoor,
I have used your work book as an example but when I select last 10 month calculation as a filter its showing me the null value so how can I remove that from the filter
Please check that.
Can you provide the workbook with the error concerning "NULL"?
