there are some solution available in market - like snow mirror tool that can help but it doesnt work with netezza as banckend db.
What solution do you propose ?

I found that Sevicenow has an ODBC connector that can be used with Tableau Desktop. Using the Sevicenow ODBC driver and the Other Databases generic connector in Tableau you should be able to connect and work with the data.

I saw a few forum post where users have complained about the performance of the ODBC and the recommendation has always been to mirror the connection. I also recently found out that the upcoming release of Tableau Desktop p (10.3) should include a native connector:
