Looks like a couple of calculated fields will solve the problem based on the dummy data provided. Could be more difficult based on your real data, hard for me to say. Anyway, for Sales for A try this:
IF [Product] = 'Product A' THEN [Sales] END
For A and B - i.e. not C:
IF [Product] != 'Product C' THEN [Sales] END
You'll need to modify the formula to match your actual field names.

But i need use the Product A, in Product A, and Total for example, when i use a calculated field i can't use the Product A in two conditions.
You can use Product A in multiple formulas. Referencing in a calculated field isn't the same as removing in a filter.
