You should be able to find the "user explorer" in Tableau Desktop.

Before I extract the data into my workbook I should be able to access it through GA connector. The problem is I don't even see 'Client ID' to extract from GA. It doesn't show up in dimension/measure search list. Attached below the images from GA and Tableau respectively.
