In addition to the trial key, is there your normal product key listed in Manage Product Keys? If so, your Tableau Server is likely fully-licensed. When you activate Tableau Server using a trial key and then later activate it using a purchased key, both keys will often be displayed in that dialogue box for some time - typically until the trial expires.
To get to the bottom of why this happened - is this a virtual machine? We often see Tableau Server become unlicensed when not properly configured to work within a VM environment. Check out this discussion on VM Best Practices from earlier in the community: VM server VS. Physical server
If you don't have a VM, that may require some additional investigation to get to the bottom of the issue
Hope this helps!
Thanks for the prompt reply.
The normal product key was not listed in the manage product key list.
Today, I try to open the manage product key list, its prompt me to register.
However, the registration unsuccessful.
I login into the my tableau server to check the license, the license is listed there.
It's kind of weird.
By the way, it is physical server.

We often see registrations fail because the application was not run with enough permissions. Check out this article here: Error "Registration failed" During Activation | Tableau Software
From your description of Manage Product Keys, it sounds like the Tableau Server is running on a trial still. Are you able to open Manage Product Keys as a computer administrator and then register your key again?
I concur, right clicking manage product keys to run as admin should resolve the issue..
I right click and run the manage product keys as administrator.
Its registered successfully.
Now I am able to see the new license key in the manage product keys list.
Thanks for the help.
