Is there is rest api to export workbook or sheet to csv?

Hi Tracey
Not in the supported and documented Tableau REST API
That functionality maybe in the undocumented (and unsupported) REST API, but I cant say for sure.
You can use TABCMD to download data from views to CSV files
tabcmd Commands
