Tableau Aggregating incorrectly on cached data

      Hi All,

The issue I'm facing is in a setup using a connection to an SAP HANA backend with Tableau. In this setup I encounter a very specific issue: when drilling up across related fields (year-month-day for example) Tableau will not poll the DB for calculated fields and instead try to perform aggregation itself resulting in a straight sum of the values.

      Example:

I have Year Month and Day pulled into Tableau and a percentage field pulled in as the rows:

When drilling up (removing columns) Tableau will aggregate the values instead of polling the DB for the calculation:

      and then:

The maximum calculable value in this scenario should be 100% so these values are obviously wrong. It seems that Tableau is doing aggregation itself. How can I stop it from doing this?
