I would strongly recommend creating a ticket with Tableau Support to look into this.
Hi Sandip -
A support case is probably in order, but this message generally has to do with bad network connectivity. You mentioned the server is running in "Azure Zone", which I think means you're running it on a Microsoft Azure VM - therefore, you probably multiple layers of firewalls (Windows firewall) , endpoints (Azure), and Network Security Groups (Azure) that could be "getting in the way" of your communication. Have you tried temporarily disabling all this stuff and seeing what happens?
Also, you mentioned that "your" published workbook doesn't function correctly. But what about others? Do the samples work? Can you render any vizzes at all on the server?
Thanks for your time. I did this with support before putting this question here. I have not got any appropriate answer from support. They suggested us to install it again I did this two times after their suggestions but no luck. All the reports are working fine at server accept published data source dashboards.
Thanks for your valuable time for prompting on this. I tried to do so as well. I disabled all the firewalls and also add all tableau services in firewall exception list too. But no luck. I am unable to understand why it is happening only with few dashboard where ever I used published data source. Rest of the dashboards are working fine line packaged workbook, live connection dashboard with database.
Have you captured logs of this error occurring? I see some old logs from last week (15-Sep), but they don't show any work going on with the server at all.

Finally got the solution after having lots of hit and trail to fix this. This error was happening due to read only rights on the physical hard drive of the installation directory of Tableau Server. Once I provided the FULL Access to the Tableau Directory for the user which I used in configuring the Tableau server update the policy on the server. Then I was able to access my dashboards without any Malformed error.
