Calculation with already existed formula fields

    Dilyana Suleymanova

      Hi there,

We have number of persnos we have to reach with our  marketing campaign till the end of the year .

Every month I count all persons we have already reached. My data source looks like this:

I counted all persons (ExternalContact IDs) with this formula: COUNTD(if {FIXED [External Contact Id]: MIN([Datum])} = [Datum] then [External Contact Id]end)

and created a field "rinning countd wdem". With this formula I can see how many persons I have already reached cumulativ. This is my result:

In the next step I would like to calculate the rate of reached persons, i.e. how many peeple from our target group we have already reached in percent?

In order to calculate this I have to take the number of persons each month and dived by the number of persons in our target.

      Example:

1559 / 1676 (Number of persons in the target group)

      FYI

The number of target group was changed in July so I have to create a case formula and calculate as follow:

      case MONTH([Datum])

when "April" then sum([running countd wdem])/1676

when "May" then sum([running countd wdem])/1676

when "June" then sum([running countd wdem])/1676

when "July" then sum([running countd wdem])/1656

when "August" then sum([running countd wdem])/1656

      END

But this formula is wrong. I don't know why. Ideas?

      Thank you!

      Kind regards

      Dilyana
