You could convert the dates to strings, using a calculated field like the below:
DATENAME('month',[Date]) + '-' + DATENAME('quarter',[Date]) + '-' + DATENAME('year',[Date])
You could also place your date on the Rows/Columns shelf as a discrete date (right click and drag, then choose discrete [2nd from the top]). You can then hover over the pill, click the drop-down and go to formatting. Click the "Dates" drop-down and choose custom. You could use "MM-QQ-YYYY" or something similar.
first check the date data type is date format or string, if date then create custom date and get year,quarter and month.
right click date dimension and create custom date.
