    Simplifying row structure

      Imagine a sheet where Rows = ORDER# and Columns = ORDERCHARACTERISTICS filtered for characteristics X, Y, Z.

      Using additional data from my data source, I have created calculated dimensions (X1, Y1, Z1) that return descriptors for X, Y, Z, if applicable and blank if not.

      Adding these dimensions as new rows gives me the something close to the format I want, but creates subrows under each ORDER# row:

       

      ORDER#X1Y1
      Z1
      X
      YZ
      12345aaaABC
      bbbDEF
      cccGHI

       

      I would prefer all columns report data in a single row per order like this:

       

      ORDER#
      X1
      Y1
      Z1
      X
      Y
      Z
      12345aaabbbcccABCDEFGHI

       

      Thoughts?
