To get a decent chance at some help you should attach a workbook and give the name of the field you are monitoring.
Thanks for the fast response,
please find the file attached, I made a (Calculation) under the name of (SALES CONDITION).
Please have a look on it.
However, My Question and my Concern is (if the sales goes below 300000 (In my case) give (ISSUE), and it is happen after I applied the calculation.
BUT, I asking Is there a way to let tableau send me an alert for that so I can take an action to avoid the losses.
Once Again, Thank you very much for the help.

Hey Omar, like Toby said, if you're looking for help with an alert you want on a particular set of your own data, we'll need more to go on. I'd recommend going through the Install Guide and the User Guide and working through the examples so that you get an understanding for how VizAlerts works. If you've already done that and you need help with a more advanced Sales alert, I did mock up an example of how you can alert for a Sales target threshold here:
It's built for an one-time alert when a sales quota is achieved (rather than alerts that fire continually once it's achieved). It might be useful to you.
Prerequisite: It's assumed you've already installed VizAlerts as described in the install guide
- Drag Sales Condition to Filters shelf. Select whichever ones you want to be alerted to and click OK.
- Publish to Tableau Server.
- Subscribe to your view on a custom VizAlerts schedule.
- You will now receive an email every time the schedule runs, if a given Region has the Sales Condition you selected in your filter.
Did this answer your question, Omar? If so, could you please mark the answer as correct? Thanks!
OMAR ALHARBI , did Matt's answer give you the solution you needed?
One issue I now see is that you cannot publish Desktop 10 to Tableau Server 9 VizAlerts only runs on the Server, it does not work on saved Desktop files.
