# Calculating Percentages Based on Two Column Measures

Hi

Based on the attached below, how can I achieve the formula calculation so as to get the Percent On Target Vale calculated correctly?

sum([actual current month]) / sum([target])

I was wondering if there was a way in tableau to natively get a percentage if you pass two values to it.

I don't understand the question.

In the way Tableau works, the calc I suggested will do your calc for each row on your sheet.  Tableau does stuff for all the marks on your sheet.  (More accurately, for everything in the table that gets filtered into memory underlying your sheet.)  We don't have an excel-like f(x) for a specific cell, if that's what you are looking for.
